You can participate as many times as you wish in the Trainee program as long as you meet eligibility criteria.
However, there is limit of 3 consecutive participations within the same host organization. The training plans cannot be duplicative of each other and a hiatus of two years must be observed between two programs.
If you switch to the Intern program, the hiatus is reduced to 90 days.
