.

Availability

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can stop by and see us whenever you wish, without an appointment. You can also call us or send us an email when you have a question.

Proximity

Our office is centrally located in Paris, just a few minutes from the U.S. embassy.  We also organize over 100 school presentations per year all over France and in the UK.

Reliability

The vast majority of our team is American, having lived and worked in the U.S.  Certain staff members are past participants of J-1 programs and every member of the team is on full-time, permanent contract. This ensures a higher quality of information, follow up and service.

Longevity

Founded in 2004, Parenthèse is the oldest agency in France. We have overcome numerous obstacles, namely the 2020-2021 crisis and remain present to meet your demands.

The sponsor

We could not do our work without the help of our partner in America.

Parenthese has chosen to work with a single J-1 visa sponsor and we have picked the best : CIEE was created in 1947 and remains the oldest and largest sponsor.

Partnership

VIE/BUSINESS France -We are one of the three privileged partners of Business France since 2013 and are accredited to process their applications for the VIE program in the United States.
